People in Los Angeles are still celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with events, books, and other forms of entertainment. For instance, Hulu streams Acentos Bienvenidos, a campaign that highlights intersectionality in Latin culture by paying attention to under-represented people and communities. Acentos Bienvenidos is also an immersive experience from October 09 to 11, 2021, at LA’s Citadel Outlets location. From 11:00 am to 09:00 pm on those two days, the likes of Heart of Samba, Yamila Guerra and Yalil Guerra Orchestra, Mariachi Arcoiris, and more will perform live at the location. Also known as The Citadel Outlets, the location is a shopping mall that looks like a castle situated off of the 5 Freeway. On display at the location will be selfie scenes with inspiration from Hulu movies and shows as well as original pieces of art like ‘The Mayans’. Radio and TV Personality Alexander Rodriguez and Los Angeles drag queen Valentina will host the event at the shopping mall.
